Discovery at Tatum Place - Roofing Project - Building # 9
Discovery at Tatum Owners and Residents, During the week beginning Monday, February 7, 2022, Paramount Kanga Roofing will begin work on the roof of Building #9. This includes Units # 1213, 1214, 1215, 1216, 1217, and 1218 for the next 14 - 18 days (weather permitting). Work will be starting daily at approximately 7:00 am. each day and is subject to change pending weather, crew availability, product availability, etc. Heavy equipment will be operating while this project is going on and it will be noisy at times. Paramount Kanga Roofing will work hard to make sure they work as quickly as possible when moving equipment and tiles. They have assured us they will take every precaution necessary to protect your property and your family as the project moves forward. Please move any items on your patio that you don't want damaged by an accidental falling object. Discovery at Tatum Place - Asphalt Resurfacing Notification
The Board of Directors of Discovery at Tatum Place have approved the proposal from Rose Paving to begin a series of asphalt pavement work beginning on Tuesday, March 25th through Friday, April 23rd, 2021 Work will typically begin each day at 7:00 am for the scheduled work area and will be completed the following day at approximately 2:00 pm. It's very important that you read and follow all the directions and warnings in the attachment below. Most importantly you must not park your vehicle in a designated work area during the posted date and times listed! Failure to comply means your vehicle will be towed to another location of the community. Discovery at Tatum Place - Sidewalk Repair Update
Sidewalk Repairs UpdateDue to unforeseen circumstances, the technicians could not begin work today but will begin tomorrow 5/5/2020 (see updated dates below) This letter serves to notify you of construction work that may affect the sidewalk outside of your home and common areas. The information in this letter contains responses to typically asked questions regarding the work. What is the process?We use patented equipment to shave the concrete eliminating trip hazards. There will be loud generators and dust in the areas where the technicians are working.Please be sure to keep doors and windows closed when the technicians are in your area to avoid dust entering your home. After the trip hazard is repaired you will have immediate access to the sidewalk. It should only be about a 15-20 min wait.Who will be doing the work?Precision Concrete Cutting a licensed contractor will be shaving the sidewalks.When will the project be started and completed?It is anticipated that sidewalk repairs will begin May 5th, 2020 – May 11th, 2020 from 7:30am-4:00pm. ANIMAL WASTE REMINDER
There has been an increase of complaints lately from homeowners regarding the lack of respect from some pet owners in picking up after their pets. Waste from animals and pets must be removed and disposed of to prevent the creation of a nuisance or health and safety hazard. Small animal waste from typical domestic pets such as dogs and cats must be placed in a plastic bag, securely tied and placed in a solid waste container. All animal owners and custodians must immediately clean up and properly dispose of wastes left by their animals on any public street, alley, gutter, sidewalk, right-of-way, or park. Please be a responsible adult and member of your community and adhere to these Rules and Regulations at Discovery at Tatum Place!
