*** ROOFING SCHEDULE UPDATE ***
Monday, June 22, 2020 (weather permitting), Paramount Roofing will begin work on the roof of Building # 24 containing Units # 1047, 1048, 1049, and 1050 for the next 10 to 12 days (weather permitting). Work will be starting daily at approximately 7:00 AM. Heavy equipment will be operating while this project is going on and it will be noisy at times. Paramount Roofing will work hard to make sure they work as quickly as possible when moving equipment and tiles. They have assured us they will take every precaution necessary to protect your property and your family as the project moves forward.
The roofers will also need some open spaces for dumpsters, cranes and materials. For your safety and to prevent damage please move your vehicle(s) from these designated areas. There will be workers in/around the patio areas cleaning them and keeping them free of debris. The roofers will do their best at maintaining a clean work environment.
A flier (see attachment) describing the impacted units will be will be posted on your doors and will change as the project moves from one building to the next.
