There has been an increase of complaints lately from homeowners regarding the lack of respect from some pet owners in picking up after their pets.
- Waste from animals and pets must be removed and disposed of to prevent the creation of a nuisance or health and safety hazard.
- Small animal waste from typical domestic pets such as dogs and cats must be placed in a plastic bag, securely tied and placed in a solid waste container.
- All animal owners and custodians must immediately clean up and properly dispose of wastes left by their animals on any public street, alley, gutter, sidewalk, right-of-way, or park.
